I typically have oatmeal every morning. It’s amazing how long it can hold me over and when I start to get bored with the recipe it is super easy to change up.
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 2/3 cup water
- either 1 tablespoon or 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds (I bounce between)
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 spoonful of White Chocolate Wonderful peanut butter, which sadly, this was the bottom of the jar!
I let the peanut butter melt into creamy deliciousness before I eat my oatmeal and it’s absolutely wonderful!
