Love at First Bite

I typically have oatmeal every morning.  It’s amazing how long it can hold me over and when I start to get bored with the recipe it is super easy to change up.


Current Recipe:

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 2/3 cup water
  • either 1 tablespoon or 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds (I bounce between)
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • vanilla
  • 1 spoonful of White Chocolate Wonderful peanut butter, which sadly, this was the bottom of the jar!


I let the peanut butter melt into creamy deliciousness before I eat my oatmeal and it’s absolutely wonderful!


I looooooove my morning oatmeal!
