Tonight has definitely made up for this morning.  I just finished the best yoga class.  All of my stress has completely melted away.

Look at what I made for dinner!  It was amazingness in a bowl!


I was really craving some comfort food and macaroni and cheese definitely fit the bill!


Someday I’ll post how I make mac and cheese, I don’t really feel like it now.


But I will note that I took my traditional mac and cheese recipe and topped it with a layer of two tablespoons parmesan and two tablespoons breadcrumbs.

I’m never going back to typical mac and cheese again!  It was that good!


I’m not having much water today; I’m not sure what the issue is.  I just don’t seem to be interested in it.  Maybe I’m just really hydrated from the FIFTEEN cups of water I had yesterday.  I’m not even kidding.  That’s like 120 ounces.  That’s a lot. 

Right now I’m up to five cups.  Not even close.


I”m still waiting on that thunderstorm to hit! cloud  Maybe it’ll hydrate me!


I just checked the weather.  No more predictions of thunderstorms.  BOO!  The weather just keeps failing me.


Total Calories for today:  1284.67…..ish

I kind of lost count today but that’s a general estimate. 

The thing is that even though it is something important to know, it’s not the end of the world if I miss it a little.  I’ll get it better tomorrow.
