I wasn’t really hungry for very a huge dinner, but I was definitely feeling some dessert My lunch was large enough I didn’t need very much.
I made some cheesecake dip with:
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- a splash vanilla
- and a sprinkle of cinnamon
I ate it with a few wheat thins. Wheat thins have been an addiction of mine for a long long time. I haven’t had them in a while because they seem to be a little expensive. I found them on sale and grabbed a box
It was the perfect sweet fix!

I love love love thunderstorms, I’m so excited!
I’m off to get some great rest, I think that run today knocked more out of me than I realized! I’m just waiting to see how I feel tomorrow if I’m this sore now. I’m sure it’ll get easier with time I’m excited about building up my strength.
