This morning I had a hard time deciding what to make for breakfast. Finally I settled on eggs and I’m glad I did!
I scrambled two eggs (140 cal) until they were cooked and added some pepper and onion blend (25 cal) and topped it with a spoonful of marinara (~15 cal). I just realized I only ate 180 calories for breakfast! Hopefully it holds me over for a while!
It was wonderful! I was surprised by how quickly it cooked! I will definitely be doing this again.
