I have great news! But first, Breakfast:
I had a peanut butter sandwich for breakfast.
It held me over super well! I was surprised.
Lunch was a sandwich.
Unfortunately my turkey was icky looking. It was more like a salad between two slices of bread. Not my best lunch.
However, during lunchtime I had a knock on the door. My camera was here!
I still have lots to learn but so far I’m loving it!
Dinner was a wrap with pre-prepared chicken, swiss cheese, lettuce, and a flour tortilla. I really wanted cheddar jalapeno tortillas but they didn’t have any!
It was awesome anyway
I’ve got some issues to take care of tomorrow, so I don’t know when I’ll be able to post, but I’ll keep you updated!
Check out my new table! I’m loving it so far!
Breakfast was wonderful! I made blueberry banana oatmeal. I loved it!
Lunch was an exercise in failure. No pictures. It ended badly. Enough said.
Dinner however, was fantastic.
I’m really low on groceries, but I still managed to whip up some fantastic pasta.
I hope your day went better than mine!
Everything is still in boxes and impossible to find. I had coffee and graham bunnies for breakfast.
But they were wonderful!
Lunch was a little rushed because I had lots of phone calls to make. I ate leftover Caesar salad while I worked to see where the boy’s computer was (it’s lost in the mail. I’m not even kidding)
Today was my first run in my new fitness center. I think these are higher quality treadmills. I didn’t have any static issues and the treadmill didn’t feel as “squishy”. I think I’m going to like it here. Today went well. I’m glad I am redoing week 3 since I took so much time off, but I don’t seem to have regressed too far.
I was starving after my run, so I set some millet to start cooking while I showered. I love self cooking meals!
I hope your day has been wonderful!
Oh my goodness it has been one intense week!
I am finally moved into my new apartment, and while I have a few more things to do I’m more or less finished with the moving part. Now comes the unpacking and organizing.
My health has taken a huge hit during all this. I have eaten lots of junk food and not near enough water. Luckily I only seemed to gain about a pound if that.
I haven’t run in like a week. Starting tomorrow I am going to redo week 3 and go from there. Hopefully I didn’t lose too much momentum!
It’s amazing to see how it’s affected how I feel. I physically feel so much better when I’m eating better. I’ve been noticing light headaches and stomach grumbles I didn’t have a week ago. Tomorrow I plan to get back on track and we’ll see how I’m feeling this week.
I think I’m finished dieting. I’m right in the middle of my bmi, which gives me plenty of wiggle room on either side so hopefully I’ll be able to monitor things and see where I stand.
I am a little concerned about going into maintenance. How will I make myself eat more???? It’ll be interesting to see where this takes me!
Tomorrow we’ll be back to our regularly scheduled programing
Today marks fifteen pounds lost. I feel so accomplished I have about 8-5 more, I still haven’t decided where I want to stop, but I think I’d be satisfied in the 120s range. Right now I’m at 133 so it won’t be too much farther.
I had every intention of doing my run today, but last night I destroyed my toenail. There was blood and guts and gore and awfulness and of course it’s my big toe so it sticks out and I bump it on everything. I wore flip flops this morning (in 49*) because I couldn’t get a sock on. I tried everything I could to wear one but it hurt so bad and I figured it would be better to let it breathe. There was NO WAY I could get my vibrams on, so I’m taking the next couple of days on and then I’ll move on to week 4. It’s time.
I’m moving in a little more than a week and I have SO MUCH to do. I may be a little absent in the next few days. Be patient with me please, I’ll be back soon!
I didn’t do so well at eating decently today. That’s what I hate about ordering a whole pizza, the next day it seems to be all I eat. You don’t want to see pictures of the same thing.
To make up for it I thought I’d share some fun things that popped up in my rss reader today:
Peeps yoga. Love it.
Serious Eats shared an article on the safety of food dyes. It’s an interesting read.

Enjoy your evening!
Despite my best efforts to talk myself out of it, I just completed my run. It’s cold and bleak outside and all I wanted to do was curl up under the covers but I don’t want to get any further behind so I trucked over to the fitness center. My best motivation is it’s only 20 minutes and then you can snuggle under the blankets. 20 minutes isn’t very long at all.
I think I’m about ready to move on. I’m getting to the point where I’m not sure if I’m holding off because I’m scared of moving on or I’m just not ready. One more good run at this week and I’m going on to week 4 on Monday.
Of course, I’ll let you know how it goes!
