Day 2- Yoga

It has been a long, overwhelming day.  Just when I thought things were starting to look up it seems my good news didn’t pan out after all.  I know good things are coming, it’s just difficult to have patience.

After all of today’s events, I thought yoga was exactly what I needed to help take my mind off things.  Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to focus on yoga and was distracted the entire time.  It happens, and I think clearing my head is just another skill I’m going to have to learn.

Tomorrow will be better.
