I was supposed to start running this week but things have been pretty rough. Rather than push myself into something I’m not quite up to doing, I decided to postpone running until next week. I want it to be something I enjoy and if I force myself to do it it will be a chore.
We’ve talked about me going to talk to someone, but I don’t feel justified in taking an appointment from someone who needs it. I’m doing better, I’ve decided to choose to be happy, and so far it’s working. If things get worse I’ll go, but right now I’m holding my own.
